Charlotte Wilson
I combine a First-Class BA in Event Management with NEBOSH certification and hands-on experience at major festivals, stadium tours and immersive installs. My approach is practical, collaborative and people-first. I work as part of your production team, not separate from it.
My career began in hospitality events management, where I grew private bookings and event revenue by 40% year-on-year, before moving into freelance event safety and operations. This mix of backgrounds means I combine commercial awareness with calm, solution-focused working.
