Charlotte Wilson
I provide independent event health & safety support, offering practical advice and structured oversight across large-scale events, stadium productions, corporate conferences and immersive environments.
With a First-Class BA (Hons) in Event Management and NEBOSH certification, I combine formal safety training with hands-on delivery experience across high-capacity and complex live environments. My approach is pragmatic and delivery-focused, balancing regulatory compliance with the operational realities of build, live operation and de-rig.
I’ve supported projects including the Women's Rugby World Cup, stadium tour productions such as Dua Lipa’s Radical Optimism Tour (on behalf of Harrier), Download Festival and major Pride and public events.
What Shapes My Approach
I think deeply about the environments I support. I’m analytical, forward-thinking and constantly assessing how systems can be clearer, safer and more proportionate.
I regularly ask, “Is this the right thing to do?” in a way that protects the project, the people delivering it and the long-term reputation of the event.
Before specialising in safety, I managed commercial events within hospitality, increasing private bookings and revenue by 40% year-on-year (2022–2023). That commercial foundation informs my consultancy today, ensuring safety planning aligns with operational realities and wider business objectives.
